A native of Lafayette Parish, Keith was raised and still resides in Lafayette Parish with his wife, Robin. Keith and Robin have three grown children and two grandkids. Keith studied at the local college, obtaining his certification in air conditioning and heating. He began his career in the late 1980s working in the air conditioning and heating industry, leading him to inspect electrical and mechanical components of homes as part of the real estate transaction. This is when his love for home inspection began.
His career took a different path in the early 1990’s to the indoor air quality industry for over 20 years. Keith obtained his Mechanical Contractor license and State Mold License, giving him the opportunity to travel throughout the United States and Internationally. He worked with medical, petroleum, government and commercial sectors diagnosing and improving indoor air quality.
Keith is an active member of the Acadiana Realtor Association, Certified inspector by InterNACHI #11040107, Acadiana Mortgage Lending Association and past board member of the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors.
