As the owner, let me start off by making you a BIG Promise. If we inspect your home and you are not 100% satisfied with our inspection – you pay absolutely nothing for the inspection.
Since 1995 in the Home Inspection Business, I’ve seen many fly-by-night home inspectors come and go. I feel sorry for the home buyers that are victimized by these unscrupulous operators.
I’m so confident in our inspections that I am willing to put my money where my mouth is.
You see, I understand this is an important step in your life. This guarantee is just one more way to demonstrate my desire and commitment to meet and exceed your expectations. Also, I want to ensure you have an enjoyable real estate experience.
So at Acadiana Home Inspectors, we offer a simple, no-hassle words Guarantee. Attend your home inspection and if for any reason you’re not satisfied with the “Quality” of the home inspection service, tell the inspector before receiving your report and we’ll either make it right, or you don’t pay the home inspection fee!
How Can We Guarantee Our Inspections?
That’s easy – We’re more thorough. We take our time. We’re not trying to rush through your inspection to get to the next one. That often means we find defects the other guys don’t. And that can mean the seller, not you, will pay for the repairs. And because we’re more thorough, our fees tend to be a bit higher. So you can pay a higher fee and get a more thorough inspection, or you can save some money by hiring the cheapest inspector, and maybe spend thousands more to fix the things the cheap inspector missed. “We feel so strongly that you’ll be satisfied with our inspection service and our inspection report.” This inspection is an important step in your life and this Guarantee is one more way to demonstrate to you our desire and commitment to meet and exceed your expectations.
Then select Acadiana Home Inspectors because we include the most important aspects of a thorough home inspection. For the home buyer, having a good understanding of the condition of a property is crucial to making informed decisions during a real estate transaction.

How Does The Certified Move In Ready Program Work?
Certified Move-In-Ready Homes have been thoroughly inspected and undergone a 500+ Point Thorough Examination Of The Home Including Structural, Mechanical, Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, Major Appliances, Heat, and A/C.
Certified Move-In-Ready does not mean that the home is perfect or that all repairs have been made. It simply means the home has already undergone a vigorous inspection and there are no big surprises to be found. A written report has been finalized and includes documentation of any areas of concern.
The written report and a narrative video are posted here and ready for you to view. Clear and concise with digital photos of each room and any concerns noted. The video review, narrated by the inspector, provides verbal and visual clarity, and is also provided here.
If any areas of concern have been corrected, a follow-up photo may also be in the report to reflect appropriate improvements or the owner may have repair receipts from local tradesmen. Areas of concern that haven’t been corrected may also contain repair estimates provided by the seller. Please contact the listing agent for further information on any of the properties.
