Hi, I’m Andy Stanford, licensed Home Inspector – LHI 10916 serving the Lafayette and surrounding areas.

I was born and raised in Opelousas; however, have made Lafayette my home for the last 32 years. After graduating from the Opelousas Catholic High School, I obtained an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Technical College. I’m also a veteran, having served 8 years in the US Army Reserves.

I was the owner and operator of a flooring company before becoming a home inspector. I have a son named Alex and my hobbies include fishing and golfing.

Being a home inspector allows me the opportunity to help people. I know the purchase of a home can be a stressful time and it is my responsibility to help you, the client, make a well-informed buying decision. To do this for you is very rewarding.
