Keith Blanchard is the founder and owner of Acadiana Home Inspectors, Inc., LHI #10752.

A native of Lafayette Parish, Keith was raised and still resides there with his wife, Robin. Keith and Robin have three grown children and two grandkids. Keith studied at the local college, obtaining his air conditioning and heating certification. He began his career in the late 1980s working in the air conditioning and heating industry, leading him to inspect electrical and mechanical components of homes as part of the real estate transaction. This was when his love for home inspection began.

His career took a different path in the early 1990s, and he worked in the indoor air quality industry for over 20 years. Keith obtained his Mechanical Contractor license and State Mold License, which allowed him to travel throughout the United States and Internationally. He worked with medical, petroleum, government, and commercial sectors, diagnosing and improving indoor air quality.

Keith is an active member of the Acadiana Realtor Association, Certified inspector by InterNACHI #11040107, Acadiana Mortgage Lending Association, and a past board member of the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors.
